Sir Emeka okolie hails from Umudioha village of Ihiala in Ihiala local government area Anambra state. He is the first child of his parents.
He was born on the 27th November, 1956. He began hid early primary education at community primary school Okohia Ihiala and his secondary school education at abbot boy’s secondary school.
Sir Emeka okolie got married to his wife lady comfort Adeemeka and wedded on 10th November, 1990 at st. martins of tours Catholic Church Ihiala. The marriage was blessed with lovely children.

For higher education he attended the prestigious Alvan ikoku collage of education owerri and latter got his degree at Enugu state university of science and technology Enugu now called Esut with second class upper division.

He served both as a tutor and principal in many secondary schools in Anambra state and retired after 35years meritorious service. Presently he is the principal of a private secondary school – Alpat model secondary school Ihiala.

for his religious life, he is a good catholic and has served as the secretary of the parish council st. martins of tours Ihiala from 1995 to 2000 and the vice chairman of the parish council from 2001 to 2007. He was initiated into the order in various capacities and has risen to the rank of a colonel.

In the social circle, he belongs to the prestigious Ihiala social club igwebuike and has served as the national president.

Sir emeka okolie has attended many leadership training/seminars, and conference in Nigeria, Dubai and united states of America. Currently he is a member governing board of our lady of Lourdes hospital complex Ihiala. He believes in equity, peaceful co-existence and human capacity development.
